    I really struggle to explain what PEMF is and what it does. But..

    I have seen and felt physical and mental benefits which include reduction in back pain, more mental clarity and focus, improved skin. Anecdotally, I've started to get a cold a couple of times and it's not gone any further than a sniffle, compared to usually being bunged and miserable and getting a chest infection.

    An odd sensation during the treatment is feeling old injuries tingle, like damage is being repaired.

    I've also noticed that if I exert myself my recover time is far less than it was previously e.g I spent a day crouched over moving, lifting and cleaning things then hobbled off to bed unable to stand up straight. The next morning I was completely fine whereas before I would have had sore muscles for a day or two.

    The experience of having the sessions is pleasant and relaxing. Jim is lovely and the treatment room is calm and peaceful.
